Very good communication, was able to help me out when I had issues with the tracking number, hair is very soft and easy to work with, able to straighten, curl, wash and condition it very well the colour is very good and does not fade, stays the same and same as the pictures put up. Lace is very good, just needs to be tinted with your skin tone but is very easy to work with, lots of room on lace for head shapes of all sizes
